Payment Infrastructure Licensed by the CBRT and Backed by Fuzul Holding

Rubikpara’s payment infrastructure, licensed by the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye (CBRT) and backed by Fuzul Holding, demonstrates that its financial services operate within a legal, regulated, and sustainable framework. Under Law No. 6493, Rubikpara holds licenses for payment services, electronic money, and money transfers, issued by the CBRT.

This structure provides clear answers to the questions individuals and businesses ask: “Is my money safe, and are my transactions legally compliant?” Working with an institution subject to regular audits and strict regulatory requirements offers significant risk management advantages, particularly for businesses processing high volumes of incoming payments.
